A native of Bedford, NY, Kenny Green, began his musical journey with a childhood steeped in the sounds of Led Zeppelin and the Beatles, evolving to encompass a diverse array of rock and folk, along with traditional Jewish music. From his early days as a camp counselor, where he honed his craft, to his studies in jazz guitar at Shenandoah College and Conservatory of Music, Kenny has made a name for himself as one of the most in-demand children’s and family music performers in the New York area. With his mastery of instruments including guitar, banjo, dulcimer, mandolin, and cittern, Kenny's performances are a captivating blend of song-leading and interactive storytelling. Captivating audiences with over a hundred shows annually, Kenny will bring his musical magic to kids and their parents at a special noon performance on the Chill Tent Stage.
