Tickets can be purchased on-line through TicketWeb or at the PMF Box Office on the 3rd floor of Pleasantville’s Village Hall, at 80 Wheeler Ave. The Box Office is only open:

Mondays 9am - 2pm
Tuesdays 9am - 3pm
Wednesdays 8am - 1pm
Thursdays 9am - 3pm
Fridays 9am - 3pm

Box Office payments can be made in cash, check made out to Village of Pleasantville, Visa or Mastercard. Online sales will include TicketWeb fees.

Tickets on the day of the event will be sold at the gate only on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to safety codes, once tickets are gone, they’re gone.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by a ticket-carrying adult. Please be prepared to show valid ID as proof of age for all Senior and Student tickets. 

There are no refunds or exchanges. This is a rain or shine event. Line-up and Schedule subject to change.

BEWARE OF RESELLERS AND SCAMMERS

The entire live entertainment industry has seen an increase in scammers flooding the market with fraudulent tickets or tickets purchased with stolen credit cards. In recent weeks, we've started seeing that for our Festival, too.

Seriously, all those Facebook and Insta comments that say, “Hey, I can’t use these. Help me out. I can give them to you at half price”? And the seller is from halfway across the country? Come on. They’re very possibly scams. That’s why we keep a close eye on these comments and try to hide them as quickly as we can. But we need everyone to be aware. If something looks too good to be true, it is.

Ticketweb and the PMF Box Office are the only official ways to get PMF tickets.

What Happens If You Have One Of These Stolen Or Fraudulent Tickets?

Here’s the thing: We have all the serial numbers. We know what’s legit and what’s not.

So, if you arrive at the gate with a stolen or fraudulent ticket, you will be denied entry. We won’t blame you. We won’t accuse you. But we will explain that these tickets were involved in fraud, and we will not allow them as proof of purchase. And we will not issue refunds. So, you will either be turned away, having paid for a show you will not attend, or you will pay even more to get in, now that you’re there.

Seriously, the “savings” you thought you were getting will not be worth it. Please be careful and only purchase from our trusted sources, or someone you know and trust personally.

TENT CITY TICKETS ARE FOR TENT SPACES ONLY.
PURCHASERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN 10' x 10' TENTS.

TENT CITY TICKETS ARE NOT ADMISSION TICKETS. You must have a Festival admission ticket to get into the event. You must have a Tent City ticket to bring your tent onto Festival grounds and take an assigned tent space. A Tent City ticket by itself will not admit you onto the Festival grounds. Festival admission tickets can be purchased either at the Box Office or online at TicketWeb.

PLAN AHEAD

PLAN AHEAD: THE VILLAGE OF PLEASANTVILLE REQUIRES TENT WEIGHTS. To maintain field conditions and preserve our sprinkler system, tent spikes are not allowed. However, tent legs must be weighed down in case of wind. Purchasers are responsible for bringing 4 tent weights per tent, minimum 15 pounds per leg. If your weight system requires water, we will provide a place where you can fill them. We ask that there be no side or back panels on tents to allow clear sight lines for all patrons. The only exceptions being in Rows G and H where rear panels are permitted.

TENT CITY IS THE ONLY PLACE TO SET UP YOUR TENT. 

No tents will be allowed onto Parkway Field without a Tent City ticket.

IN ADDITION TO TENT CITY, WE WILL HAVE OUR POPULAR GIANT SHADE TENT in the back of the main field in front of the bleachers, just like we did last time. It's the one on the left in the photo above. There's plenty of space there, free with admission and first-come-first-serve on the day of the Festival. Our Chill Tent will also be available with seating for all Chill Tent Stage performances.

NO OTHER TENTS OF ANY SIZE, HALF-MOONS, OR UMBRELLAS WILL BE PERMITTED ON PARKWAY FIELD. Please leave them at home. Please see our FAQ page for more details.
